Isi nomor peserta dan tanggal lahir<\/p>\n<p>3. Klik Lanjutkan.<\/p>\n<p>4. Bagi Peserta yang LULUS pembelajaran daring, silahkan melakukan Lapor Diri dengan membawa berkas: FORM A1 yang telah disahkan, Pakta Integritas bermaterai 6000,\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>5. Lapor Diri dilaksanakan pada 2 &#8211; 3 September 2019 di Sekretariat PPG FKIP Universitas Lampung<br \/>6.
